Drinking water treatment
Transforming natural water from reservoirs and other catchments into water suitable for human consumption is achieved through the different processes that are carried out in drinking water treatment stations (DWTP).
Both surface and underground waters that supply the Community of Madrid have, in origin, excellent quality. This quality is increased in the ETAP whose annual treatment capacity and technology allow the treatment of water from any source of supply.
