Canal de Isabel II, S.A. is included within the scope of Law 19/2013, of December 9, on Transparency, Access to Public Information and Good Governance and of Law 10/2019, of April 10, on Transparency and Participation of the Community of Madrid. These rules regulate in detail the information that must be actively publicized, as well as the right of every citizen to request access to public information.
Moreover, Canal de Isabel II, SA, as a provider of an essential public service, and as a Public Company belonging to the Institutional Administration of the Community of Madrid, is strongly committed to transparency, as this is one of the essential values ¿¿for the Institutions and the different Administrations to be perceived by citizens as their own, close and open to their needs and expectations.
