Institutional, organisational and planning information
It was founded on 2 November 2000. The corporate purpose is the provision of public domestic utility services including water supply, sewerage and sanitation in the district of Riohacha, through the development of industrial and commercial activities for production, treatment and disposal of waste water and the collection, transport and final disposal of waste, the planning, supervision and financial control of all the works, projects and programmes relating to the services provided and the management of the water supply and sewage works in Riohacha.
